Auto-start

The Auto-start feature streamlines transaction categorization by automatically initiating a categorization job as soon as a user consents and the associated transactions are fetched, or when a transaction refresh occurs.

You can manage the activation of the Auto-start feature directly through the Customer Portal. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the app you want to configure.
  3. Open the Categorization tab.
  4. Enable or disable Auto-start by toggling the switch
  5. Select the engine to use for the categorization-jobs.

Note that changes to the Auto-start setting only affect jobs initiated after the change; ongoing or already scheduled jobs are not affected.

Not all categorization engines or profiles are available for Auto-start. This is because some engines or profiles require specific metadata when used.

The available engines and profiles will be visible in the Customer Portal.
